Hi, I’m Pam!  I’m a wife and mom, and I run my own small business.  I used to blog over at Run Around Girl.

I’m pesco-vegetarian, which basically means that I stick to a vegan diet most days of the week, but occasionally eat fish or seafood when out with the family on weekends, or on vacation.

Last year, I had to deal with major health issues, which prompted me to start make better food choices and take better care of myself overall.  Green Lunch Diaries will be chronicling my efforts to live a healthy, happy, and whole life.  I’ll be writing mainly about food, travel, and awesome finds, with lots of stories about my kids and my family thrown into the mix.
