The Parenting Emporium

Medela House in New Manila has transformed itself into a new happy place for expecting couples and young families, The Parenting Emporium.

The Parenting Emporium is a one-stop hub that aims to support parents by providing products and services that address concerns relating to pregnancy, parenting, child care and development, yaya training, health and nutrition, home cooking, education, and a whole lot more.  I attended the media launch last July 3, and had a fun time catching up with old friends.  (Beng and I go waaay back – we were seatmates in college!)

My college batchmates and I had a mini reunion.  I leave it up to you to guess how long ago we graduated 😉

Our ka-batch Senator Bam Aquino was there with wife Timi Gomez-Aquino and daughter Rory for the ribbon cutting.  The Aquinos happen to be happy clients of the former Medela House, and they promised to be repeat customers at The Parenting Emporium.

Jacob joined the super fun cupcake decorating activity by Cupcakes by Sonja.  He decorated 3 cupcakes and 1 cookie, and gobbled them right up.  Did you know that you can now book Cupcakes by Sonja for your private events and kiddie parties?

Congratulations to The Parenting Emporium on a successful opening!  Check out their Facebook page for further information and upcoming workshops.
