Tokyo Eats: Mr. Farmer

While strolling around the side streets of Omotesando, John and I chanced upon this cozy cafe called Mr. Farmer.  We had worked up an appetite from all the walking, but dinnertime was still a couple of hours away, so we decided to pop in for pre-dinner meal.

John and I ordered mushroom soup and spinach soup to share.

We also had this funky-looking shrimp and avocado sandwich.  I like my version better 🙂

IMG_7239The open-faced mushroom sandwich was a beauty.  We drizzled some EVOO on top and seasoned this with just a bit of sea salt for extra flavor.

Mr. Farmer is such a pretty cafe!  They also have outdoor seating right by the street, but it was freezing so of course everybody ate inside.

All in all a nice place to grab a quick bite.
